Every item is handpicked with care and reverence to ensure that it reaches you in pristine condition. While we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, we recognize that certain rare situations may require returns or refunds. This policy outlines those conditions clearly and transparently.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only under specific and verifiable conditions, as outlined below:
- The product received is damaged, broken, or different from what was ordered.
- The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- The customer provides a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video, beginning from the sealed package to the point of discovering the issue.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, along with all protective materials provided during shipping.
We do not accept returns based on subjective preferences such as shape, weight, or texture, as each Shivling is a unique natural formation and minor differences are inherent and unavoidable.
2. Non-Returnable Circumstances
Certain circumstances do not qualify for return or refund. These include:
- Return requests made after 48 hours of product delivery.
- Items that have been used, altered, or handled carelessly after delivery.
- Failure to provide an uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the damage or discrepancy.
- Slight variations in color, shape, or natural markings as these are common characteristics of original river-formed Narmadeshwar stones.
- Requests made based on spiritual intuition, personal belief, or perceived energy of the product.
As our products are natural and sacred, we ask for understanding regarding the uniqueness and individuality of each piece.
3. Replacement Policy
If your return request meets the above eligibility criteria and is approved after inspection, we will proceed in the following manner:
- A replacement of the same product will be dispatched, subject to stock availability.
- If the exact product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or opt for a full refund.
- The damaged or incorrect item must be returned to us as per instructions provided by our team. Pickup or drop-off method will be communicated during the return approval process.
- Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, the replacement will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered in limited and verified cases, such as:
- When a product is confirmed as damaged or broken during transit, and no replacement is available.
- If an order is cancelled within the permissible time frame and prior to dispatch.
- When a return request is approved, and the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
All refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment. Refund timelines are typically 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval. In the case of cash on delivery orders, bank details or UPI information will be requested for manual refund transfer.
Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order if:
- The cancellation request is raised within 12 hours of order placement.
- The order has not yet been dispatched from our facility.
To cancel an order, customers must email us at contact@narmdeshwarshivling.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request” along with the Order ID. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the product will be treated as a regular order, and standard return policies will apply only if eligible.
6. Process for Initiating Returns or Refunds
To request a return or refund, the customer must follow the steps outlined below:
- Send an email to contact@narmdeshwarshivling.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mention the Order ID, date of purchase, and the exact issue encountered.
- Attach a complete unboxing video that clearly displays:
- The unopened package.
- The opening process.
- The issue (damage, breakage, incorrect item) without any video cuts.
- Our support team will evaluate the submission and respond within 24 to 48 working hours with further instructions.
Only requests that follow the above process completely will be reviewed for eligibility.
